Just finished up a ten (10) day trip to Elko, Nevada and back. Sadly, it never occurred to me until the trip was nearly over, to blog about the places we'd been to and the things we'd seen and done. And, it took Wolf asking me why I wasn't writing in my blog to remember. Sigh...
So, I'm not going to try and bring up memories because my brain is like a sieve...lots of holes in it it doesn't hold much. I will say that we had a great time, saw family, had a great meal at the Star Hotel (a Basque restaurant) in Elko, and loved the scenery. We were tired and happy to get back home to sleep in our own bed. Unfortunately...for me only...we missed the snow storm we got in Colorado Springs! But, we did get rain and snow mix while in Elko, which I alone loved!
